Exam: how do you deal with stress?

I’m so-so with dealing with stress haha It still gets to me sometimes. I guess the main thing I always reach for is listening to music and watching video compilations on youtube? But I know it’s only a distraction. The only way to not get stressed by things is to think about it from a different perspective. So I do try actively to think about things in a positive way and not let it get to me, though I guess it’s a bit harder having been through a period of hardship now. But it’s the only way to really let go of your worries! ^_^

awww I'm sorry to hear you think that way!! Your posts are so pretty, I'm still trying to learn how to take pictures of my notes (for my studyblr) and I am really really bad at them, your photos are so nice and the notes in them are also really pretty :)

ahh I’ve always been really self critical of my own work since I always want to put my best effort forward! i think tbh it’s all just trial and error, i like some of my posts, and hate others- so hopefully you’ll sort of figure out your own style of posting too! and thank youu ;; they’re far from perfect but I’m glad that you like them!
