Okay, so.

📜: I'll tell you an incident that happened to me

Okay so this is the story of WHEN MY DAD AND I RESCUED A MANTIS.

One day, early in the morning, my dad brought a mantis home. He had found it in our apartment parking lot, and when he showed it to the car cleaner, THAT GUY FRICKIN' THREW A BUCKET OF WATER ON THE POOR THING.

My dad got really angry, picked up the mantis and brought him (I googled its features, it was a male. I actually did a gender reveal on tumblr lmao) home. We allowed him to walk around on the dining table, as he dried himself off. He was brown and REALLY thin. I named him Groot coz his face looked like Groot up close.

Anyways, soon, the sun came up, so we placed Groot in a padded shoebox and kept him in the balcony to sunbathe a bit and dry up. After a while, his legs started getting a bit green!

After a few hours, we took Groot down, and placed him in a bush. He didn't wanna go at first, but then he soon agreed and went off happily! :D
