This was the quickest that the council of elders ever assembled. Tiger called the meeting to order. "My elders, thank you for meeting with haste. My queen is with cub. Should the cub survive, I want, no... I need protection for the heir."

A murmur filled the chamber. Finally, Elder Boa spoke up. "Your highnessssss, it isssss cussstomary that for such joyous occasssionssss the royal family hold a tournament."

A unanimous cheer came from the elders. "A tournament it is," agreed Tiger. The council and Tiger made the plans to set them in motion as soon as the cub was ready to present to the kingdom.
