youre actually supposed to get your teeth cleaned every 6 months to a year, depending on what your teeth are like!! tbh i think going to the dentist regularly is way more important than the eye doctor bc your eyes dont need to be cleaned u no
I GUESS :( though when I did last go he didn't offer to clean them. (Maybe the NHS doesn't offer that lololol.) My teeth are pretty hardy, so if I don't go to the dentist, nothing happens, whereas I need to go to the opticians bc if I don't update my prescription I can't really see, lol.
