WBT is a comic about Crane and her journey of overcoming her destiny and grief, all while learning how to connect with those around her.

It’s upcoming and kinda on a rocky schedule but that’s because I have never made a comic before!! Hope you enjoy!!

WAAOW im back to show off this project thats nearly been in progress for a year! This is my Word Piece project, in which I draw mindlessly and upon looking at the final piece, decide what to name it!

All names are one word with multiple meanings or contradicting definitions.

Right now we have 6 of em! They are here under the cut, in order from oldest to newest, along with their definitions.

VANQUISH: A Valentine’s Day gift for my beautiful, amazing boyfriend @jestery-lemon-zest . It was my first one so I wasn’t exactly expecting to make a huge series out of it!

-to overcome in battle

-to defeat in a conflict or contest

-to gain mastery over (an emotion, passion, or temptation)

CLEAVE: this one was the one that really started the series, it was made by bashing textures and colors together. It was made based on this identification and vilification of the self, how one holds onto yet seemingly also pushes away that which makes us unsavory.

-split or sever (something), especially along a natural line or grain.

-become very strongly involved with or emotionally attached to (someone).

SHROUD: this one is based on feeling as if you’re unable to be heard! Straightforward. Mostly about desire and such

-a protective casing or cover.

-cover or envelop so as to conceal from view.

-a length of cloth or an enveloping garment in which a dead person is wrapped for burial.

REND: SOOTHSAYER!! this was one I did for my wings of fire oc, Soothsayer! She can see visions, the visions have haunted her 💔. Also, heavily related to headaches and fearing a future not yet here.

-to lacerate mentally or emotionally

-to pierce with sound

LIGHT: originally named roadkill, this piece was made from a feeling of guilt. 👍

-understanding of a problem or mystery; enlightenment.

-a device that makes something start burning, as a match, lighter, or flame.

-the natural agent that stimulates sight and makes things visible.

FRUIT: was thinking about fruits people hate while drawing this, especially persimmons. The whole drawing was made off of a sense of connection to the concept, I won’t go on a rant about it any more but that’s the gist.

-the sweet and fleshy product of a tree or other plant that contains seed and can be eaten as food.

-yield positive results.

Hello my Soupies!! I’m here with some cool little WC!Pd stuff. I swear I’m in the Jrwi community I exist sometimes.

Anywhoozies, look at that! It’s all the prime defenders(I think). I’ll probably work on Dakota and Vincent when I get the chance and am not distracted by Thrice Forgotten(which I have a lot more art for.)
