Furihata is like Hayama, mind shutting down as his traumatic memory of his first impression of Akashi comes CRASHING DOWN LOL when Kagami made that scissor comment, only Furihata understood that and immediately FEARED for your life even though he knew Akashi “changed” BDUWJDIW he’s just a ball of worries for you because WHAT IF YOU GOT STABBED WITH SCISSORS TOO..... (but you constantly reassure him that you’re ok) and when the Seirin team had their interrogation before, he just stands there like: 🧍🏻‍♀️ while watching Seirin grilling Akashi to bits...

“What’s your motive with (y/n)??”

“Break up. Now.”

“When did you even get so close over the Winter Cup?????”

“YOU GUYS KNEW EACH OTHER IN TEIKO?”

“Hurt her and we’ll break YOUR ankles.”

“How are you even gonna date her when you guys live so far away??”

“You’re using her aren’t you? You’re treading a thin line, Rakuzan captain.” (said with a threatening smile)

Implied in the Teiko series, Riko was at first okay with you dating because it’s your life, but then it’s when EVERYTHING hits her when she sees Akashi visiting you and then you visiting Akashi when she realizes that oh SHIT, you’re getting involved with a... unique individual... and suddenly, she’s a lot more concerned and protective, especially since she doesn’t know Akashi’s other side apart from Bokushi, and the fact that you told her before that you were hesitant to try basketball again because of something happening at Teiko...... Riko could ONLY imagined that it’s because of something to do with Akashi // she’s only convinced when she sees you really happy with Akashi after spying on your date (see headcanon pt. 4) and after some reassurance from Kuroko

Teppei like I’ve mentioned throughout the Teiko hc series has been laidback about this whole ordeal... on the surface level. He’s the only one who’s encouraging you and giving you his best wishes with his “good luck!” and “don’t worry! she’ll be fine!” But whenever Akashi stops by Seirin, he also gives him his best wishes... but something about that friendly smile tells Akashi a whole different story of: “Try anything funny and you won’t see the light of day again.” He doesn’t need to say much to get his point across LOLLL

GoMs well, they more are less like “ok they’re dating, very cool” LFNAIJRIW ONLY LIKE... Momoi and Aomine are shocked // Momoi is like “GOSH, MY SENPAI IS DATING THE CAPTAIN AHHH SO CUTE I WISH THIS WAS ME AND KUROKO” and Aomine is shocked simply because he’s never been at practice so he’s never really noticed you and Akashi’s dynamics... but after a few moments he goes “cool” // Midorima is like, “I expected this to happen” and he thinks you and Akashi are a good match because of your work ethics and the stars are favorable and the zodiac signs are compatible and in this essay, Midorima will......... // Murasakibara is like “okay” he has no strong opinions on you two; you’re both people he respects in his own way and he’s gonna mind his own business LOL // Kuroko and Kise are like about damn time finally we can retire in peace as wingmen... Kuroko likes to check in your relationship from time to time by asking Akashi and you on separate occasions diff lil questions and Kise just loves to try to get you to take care of yourself better so you can ✨glow✨ and stun Akashi LMAODOAONDJWJ but he DEFINITELY threatens Akashi with his little mean side to not hurt you without you knowing

Momoi/Aomine - they’re quite rare in which Aomine is often shipped with other GoMs (which are all spicy too, not complaining👁👅👁); ik people always see them as strictly friends but the POTENTIAL IN THEIR RELATIONSHIP LIKE CHILDHOOD FRIENDS TO LOVERS TROPE IS SO CUTE??? and Momoi knows Aomine like the back of her hand and wants the best for him?!! he very much cares for her safety too (THE OVA WHERE HE SHIELDS HER IN TIME BEFORE THE MOTORBIKE HITS HER) and they are always accompanying each other when they shop or go to cafes its so SO CUTE like... when Aomine wanted to buy shoes to practice he specifically wanted her to go with him,,, it’s literally a BIG MOMENT IN HIS LIFE AND HE FEELS COMFORTABLE ENOUGH TO ADMIT THIS TO HER swoon

Mayuzumi/Akashi - I don’t think it’s “rare” but it’s certainly “uncommon;” I find their dynamics really interesting bc both are capable of a cold and gentle side?? Mayuzumi with a flippant, callous side vs his introverted side with a rlly cute hobby of reading mangas/novels?? Akashi with a dominant, scary side vs his gentlemanly, kind side with manners?? like they can EASILY keep each other in check 😳 the way Bokukashi actively sought after Mayuzumi to be the phantom member even though they never talked? like it’s implied that Akashi has had his eye on him for a while 🗣 and there’s also Mayuzumi thanking him for making his last year tolerable even if he wasn’t attached to the team and him secretly coming to watch the game against the Jabberwocks Y’ALL- IN THIS ESSAY I WILL...

Riko/Hyuuga - probably rare just because they’re the canon couple and there’s no contest to that but HEY IM JUST GONNA PUT THEM HERE BC BLESS THEM
