It'd be so fucking funny if the Internet Verification craze backfired so hard on those who pushed it.
Like I can understand requiring age restricted purchases to need verification, but not anywhere else on the net. Besides, kids are more clever than many'd think. Sure they can be shortsighted sometimes, but not completely oblivious. Besides, they can get other people to do the verification shit for them, or worse, steal the accounts that are verified.
I hope that this verification shut backfires on those who pushed it, especially the AI version of it.
