I Still Don’t Have a Title for This Story Yet. (chapter 1 )
Author’s Note: As I post more chapters I will use different girls in the gifs because I’m using y/n format, so I’d like to be able to cater to all my ladies out there. Hope that is okay, and I hope you guys keep reading. Also, the first few chapters will be about your high school days but it will mostly take place in the future (after Tara’s death)
WARNINGS: Emotional Jax, and possible show inconsistencies?
CHAPTER 1:
You were the standard good girl in school. You got the good grades. You had the answer to all the questions asked in class. You were also the nicest, and the most wholesome the school had ever seen.
Which is why people, for the life of them, could not understand how you and Jax Teller got along so well. You were voted most likely to succeed in the yearbook. Jax wasn't exactly voted into anything, but people did set their bets on him going to prison at some point in the future. It was shocking to people, how you two were so close. The best of friends, Opie kind of liked you as well, as a little sister of course.
Jax confided in you for a lot of things. You were the only person he felt safe being vulnerable with, even though he had Tara. The truth is, you two had been childhood friends. It was hard not to get along with someone who've you had a strong history with. In return, no one ever messed with you. You knew that people thought you were nerdy, and yet they never took shots at you thanks to Jax. They were aware that if he ever saw tears running down your face he would go on a rampage to find who had hurt someone so delicate.
However that's just the kind of guy Jax was for everyone he loved. He might've been known for getting into fights and being this tough guy people feared. But when it came down to his family he had a heart of gold. You thought about the man he was constantly, but you did not realize that you loved him until John's passing.
When you saw how Tara didn't really understand that Jax needed comfort, not belittlement. It wasn't her fault you supposed. She was just used to Jax being the strong and silent martyr all the time she probably assumed he wouldn't want to be to be vulnerable in front of anyone about anything. However, you knew different.
After watching Jax Storm out of the hospital away from Tara, who in her anger didn't want to run after him, you knew that someone had to stop him before he did something stupid. By the time you got to the parking lot of the emergency room, Jax's bike was already gone. You asked Unser who happened to be leaving the hospital at the same time to give you a ride to Teller Automotive. (A/n: I don't think it was Teller-Morrow at this particular time yet)
When you arrived at the club house you immediately went to Jax's dorm. His door was closed which means that's exactly where he was. You knocked on the door. "GO AWAY!" His voice screamed out of the door.
He wasn't getting rid of you that easily. You continued knocking until you heard a grumble and the door flung open
"WHAT PART OF GO AWAY DID YOU NOT UNDERSTAND?!" Jax's tall angry form towered over you "JUST LEAVE ME ALONE Y/N!! I...I can't... I-" Jax was breaking down in front of you and the only thing you could do was open your arms and grab him close.
"Jax," you said softly rubbing his back feeling his tears soak through your shirt. "Hey Jax, you know no matter how much you push me away I'm always going to be there for you right?" There was no response besides his sobs."I'll always be around, which is why I'm not gonna say it'll be okay because we both know that right now it's not going to help. But in time things will start to get easier. For now, I'm just going to be here for you and when you're ready to say something I'm all ears."
At this Jax let go of you, to look into your eyes. His blue irises stood out even amongst the red wateriness threatening to poor out. His face inched forward towards you as he pushed a strand of your h/c hair behind your ear.
Finally, as your lips touched moments of your life growing up with Jax flashed through your eyes. You only awakened out of your state as you felt yourself moving forward as Jax moved backwards towards the bed. He slowly turned you around and laid you down on the bed. One thing led to another and before you knew it you were lying naked under the covers and under Jax's arm, his soft snores echoing in your ears.
