Alfred?
Hope y’all don’t mind something a bit rough/loose dbvhebd
How do you draw someone painfully American? Make them flash those impossibly pearly whites
have you ever drawn Arthur? Arthur with François? (Platonic, romantic, rivalry, whatever you want). Thank you! I love your art style, especially the historical details you include!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Hi anon! You sent this ask while I was tinkering with his design over on my Instagram stories (the rough sketch you see in the left corner). Your sense of timing needs to be studied. Also, thank you so much!
Yaps + close-ups below the cut:
I'm curious to see how you draw Japan
I should draw him more auaugh
Sketch dump time 🔔🔔
Bonus Pierre time lapse for cool people only:
I thought I'd revisit that side-by-side I made a year ago of François and Vindiorix, this time featuring Canada (+ when he was 2 apples tall). I've been thinking about François and Gual a lot, and how Mattie inadvertantly shifts the way Fran feels about his traumas.
(Gaul still has his braids, I was just too lazy to draw them this time)
I need to find a better color palette for them all but that's a job for future tem
And because I don't like how flat profile drawings look, have a bonus François with more volume:
Sorry to the people who originally followed me for the Itafam I will get back to them soon <3
Yesterday All my troubles seemed so far away Now it looks as though they're here to stay Oh, I believe in yesterday
I'm still thinking about France's childhood and all the guilt he carries into adulthood.
