JIN ZIXUAN
The son of Jin Guangshan, half brother to Jin Guangyao, husband to Jiang Yanli and father to Jin Ling. Zixuan comes off as arrogant, which he is, and a snob which he isn't. He has poor people skills, and he is not comfortable among many people. Seeing his parents relationship has indeed taken its toll on him. He has no real clue how to court anyone, and his parents are to busy quarreling or yelling at him to lend any help. He is terrible with Yanli especially at first, but later discovers after almost loosing her a deep love. That had been there all along just too hidden to see.
LAN JINGYI
The most unLan like to ever Lan, and absolutely proud and loving it. Jingyi is the loudest voice you will hear in Cloud Recesses, he is the loudest on Night Hunt's too. This often results in him getting himself in deep and needing to bellow for Haungang-Jun to save them. He is closest to Lan Sizhui and the two boy can often be seen together. Jingyi swears that Sizhui was a rabbit, hiding in the robes of Lan Wangji when the two first met, but he applied what he calls his charm. Which is basically following like a puppy dog, until you either keep him or kick him. Jingyi is politically aware, he knows what's going on. He is often traveling with Lan Qiren to events and meetings. He enjoys chicken wings, hero-worshipping Hanguang-Jun, fighting with Jin Ling, and being Lan Sizhui's wing man.
JIANG CHENG
Everyone knows him. He is rumored to have killed the Yiling Patriarch, and he has lived to tell the tale. If you can call it living. His soul purpose after the death of his family, was raising his nephew Jin Ling to be a good man, better then himself and better then Jin Ling's grandfather. A main player in the Sunshot Campaign that cost so much to so many people. The man who single handedly rebuilt Lotus pier, and maintained his Sect through a point when they were so few, to now when they are many. His natural state is grumpy, if you would like to adjust it please do not bring him bad news. His family is a soft spot, he is still coming to terms with Wei Wuxian being brought back from the dead. He has been black balled by most matchmakers, because he set his expectations to lofty, and he has no time for anyone who would treat Jin Ling badly. He would actually break their legs, while it is an idle threat to his loved ones, Jiang Cheng is quiet capable of hurting people who cross him, or his own. He is the first to ever receive a golden core transplant.
