Definitely moving the temperate fish outside - the temperature spiked today at 25C INSIDE, and my Macropodus really can’t handle temperatures above 24C (it’s been hot in there for a couple of weeks, now). All 3 are starting to lose the edges of their fins and one has become quite lethargic. The Medaka aren’t behaving normally, either: all of their effort is being dedicated to expending as little energy as possible and getting as much oxygen as they can. I have a portable air con arriving tomorrow for the shed, a ton more air stones, tubs coming on Friday and I need to get plants and sort out external aeration over the next week. I’d be more excited about this if I weren’t so worried...
