This might be a stupid question cuz I can't remember but I'm curious on how far Admiral Piston's influence reaches. Does he only have authority over Carribea or does he control Arctica too? Or maybe he wants to and that's why he's fighting with the Rattlers? (On that note, how long do you think the war has been going on?)

At the start of Heist II, Piston basically has compelte control over eastern Caribbea, and is steadily gaining more control over Angler's Reef to the west. The Navy is making forrays into Arctica, but so far it has proven too wild to tame. So you're absolutely correct that they're battling the Rattlers to try to gain a true foothold in Arctica.

One of my favourite missions is the Arctica Parlay between Navy and Rattlers!

I have such a specific voice headcanon for Morgan but it sounds insane when I describe it.

You know the sound of icebergs breaking apart, sliding against each other, and then falling into the ocean?

That's what Morgan sounds like to me. The same tone and gruffness of a splitting iceberg, the suddenness of crashing waters, the ear ringing intensity. Am I making sense...

The closest example I can think of is the Black Door from Skyrim 😭 but that voice moreso captures just the ice but lacks the gruff.
