And this might need to be confirmed by a poll or something, but after the Doctor passes out at the start of The Christmas Invasion, Rose and Jackie put him to bed in the Tylers' flat and dress him in a pair of men's pajamas belonging to her latest suitor Howard (from the market) who's been staying over. When the scene begins, Jackie comes back into the bedroom with a stethoscope:

Jackie: Here we go. Tina the cleaner's got this lodger, a medical student, and she was fast asleep, so I just took it.

So, if Jackie went off to fetch the stethoscope and left Rose with the new Doctor... then who put the pajamas on him? 😳
