🤠 - whats something cheesy, cringey, or “lame” that you actually find cute or funny?
I feel like saying I like Supernatural is the obvious answer lmao. Honestly though I think cheesy/cringy/lame is difficult to define and context dependent. If I'm among music snobs, they'll hate the fact that my taste for music pretty much extends to pop (I think Taylor Swift may be the artist I like that others hate the most), and sometimes rock, and that's it. If I'm among film critics, they'll hate the fact that I think Citizen Kane is one of the worst movies of all time and simultaneously think Legally Blonde is a masterpiece. I could keep going but I think you get the idea. I'm not sure if I'm really answering this question properly, I just don't really know what is widely considered to be cringe. In my little corner of the internet I do whatever I want and no one's bothered me yet lol
🎮 - do you play video games? if so what’s your favorite?
idk if I can consider myself a gamer, but I've basically played only 3 franchises ever. But not counting stuff like mario games that I was exposed to when I was younger because I had 3 brothers lol. In order of my preference, they are: Kingdom Hearts, Pokemon, and Ace Attorney. Each of these have multiple games so that doesn't narrow it down, so I'll try to pick one game per franchise:
- Kingdom Hearts: Ah man this is so hard, KH is the closest to my heart. I deliberated over this, started writing stuff down, and realized that my favorite is actually KH1! Like it has some worlds that suck (Deep Jungle, Atlantica) but also some of my favorite worlds in the entire series (Traverse Town, Halloween Town, Hollow Bastion, End of the World), and the overall plot is solid. Some of the gameplay mechanics were clunky on PS2 compared to KH2, but I replayed it on the PS4 remake and a lot of that was smoothed over. Even though I said the first is my favorite, all the other games are still absolutely worth playing! I love them all!!! (Except Chain of Memories and recoded lol)
- Pokemon: I don't have a switch so I can't comment on those games, but I think I'm torn between Moon(/Sun) and Alpha Sapphire(/Omega Ruby). I think Moon wins overall, but I'm including Alpha Sapphire because I had a lot of fun post-game catching as many legendaries as I could, and I caught a ton!
- Ace Attorney: I think the third Phoenix Wright game, Trials and Tribulations, is my overall favorite. But the last two cases in the first game, and the last case in the second game, are also very very good.
