Things about Blern:

His full name is Riablernovian Viala.

He’s an Oath of the Fist Paladin, so all kinds of punchy.

Along with his twin sister, he leads the militant portion of a resistance group (or terrorist group depending who you ask) know as Friends of Lightbringer.

He’s kind of a dick, flirts with many people and is just generally rude and negative to others.

Deep down he could be a good person, but he’s bitter and generally soured on the things he’s trying to achieve.

His nickname was given to him by his younger sister, who is dead.

When your old friend Tolfdir finds out youre in skyrim and asks you to come by at the fancy magic college he teaches at and maybe give his students a lecture or 2 and you have a while until you gotta do some dragonborn stuff so you figure why not? and then you end up digging through some shitty labyrinths to find some magic objects cause the guy who used to bring you coffee when you were in the thalmor is there to and decided to pull some horseshit to become a god or whatever and now you gotta deal with it
