🎂 - a cake

A cake? Well, Selene certainly appreciated the sentiment. Even if she didn’t feel she would be able to stomach much of it, she loved that someone thought enough of her to try and help her— especially when her calorie intake was so woefully low, she looked like she would surely wither away. She would take a few bites of it, at the least.

In all fairness, it wasn’t that hard to knock Selene over. Near fully grown, and yet she was so tiny and so thin, she looked as if she could snap like a twig at any given moment. She was the one that had run into the other on accident, anyway, and so it was largely her own fault that she had fallen backwards onto her rear.

“S--- Sorry!” she squeaked, eyes of ruby hue looking to the poor person she had collided with. “I w-wasn’t... looking where I was going...”
