So um. I've got hair that's pretty wavy and I mostly really like it except that in some places, sometimes, it looks oddly disorderly and unequal, without me being able to figure out why exactly that is.

So I decided to take a closer look into what makes it look "wrong" and.

Notes for Monsoon Season

So, I wanted to post some of the information I thought up for Monsoon Season since some of this couldn’t go into the fic itself. 

First of all, Charlie’s full name is Charles Francis Wilson. Francis after Jane Francis Wilde (Oscar Wilde’s mother), and Wilson after William Wilde’s bastard children. (He’s not related to Sam lol.) I can’t remember if I chose the name Charles after Charles Thomas Wooldridge, who served time in Reading Gaol at the same time as Wilde (and is the subject of the Ballad of Reading Gaol), or after Oscar’s elder brother (but it was probably the latter.)

In keeping with the theme, Charlie’s birthday is November 30th, 1900. 

The creature is actually similar to a siphonophore, in that it is many small parts that function as a single organism. The tentacles are technically able to survive on their own, but need to all be together to eat, move, reproduce, etc. The creature is also very old for its kind (I don’t know exactly how old it is, though xD) and it was really pushing it to reproduce at this point in its life. Basically, it used up what remained of its energy to fuck Bucky. I mean, who wouldn’t???

The last thing I can think of (at the moment) is that Hydra was definitely in the Philippines in the ‘70s and they were definitely involved with a certain person who would eventually become the president.
