Barty was in at least a DECENT mood for the time being, but that could CHANGE like the drop of a coin. It was a well known fact by now, but he was at least going to attempt to give the other a simple amount of le-way for the time being.

“I wouldn’t exactly say that you have caught me, but rather; all that that you know, all that you truly know is at an end, and you just happen to be....the one to find all this out.” Of course, Barty was actually reciting this into a mirror; why? Well, he wanted to practice his speech honestly, and he thought it would be a real jaw-dropper.... some how... some way.
If things were already not going to plan, they were about to get worse; three were already dead by his hand and he expected that by the end of the night, he would reach a number of ten or more. It was not something he would usually do, but it seemed that even Barty had his limitations, and he wasn’t about to let anyone or anything for that matter ruin his plans.
Though, in reality he was about close to ruining them himself as he stood as still as possible; wand at the ready and ready at a moment’s notice to use the killing curse once again. He just needed to be patient, wait to see who was actually there, and hope he had enough time to use it before someone managed to capture him or worse.
