Proud of herself for getting a laugh out of Beacon’s headmaster, Choon-Hee stuck her hands in her jacket pockets and leaned to the side. She’d always heard that getting much of a reaction out of Oz was something of an ordeal, so she could now say she had a leg up.

“C’mon Prof, we both know she’s too bizzay for that romance shizz. ‘sides, she’s can do better ’n me any day o’ the week, ya dig?”

   It had felt like forever since she had seen the familiar man last-- the same man that she had grown attached to her first few nights in Curdun Cay. He had helped her through losing her brother and helped her through the nightmares that had come with the most recent wound. Being back at the prison didn’t make her feel any better ... but knowing that Ozpin was right here, free from that hellhole too , made her glad to be back.

“ Dad! ” Quick steps lead her to him , arms tightly wrapping around the older man. She didn’t care she had blurted out the word that she had always thought when she had seen him. She didn’t care that others were staring their way ... 

She had found one of her rocks in the world again.

Recently, Ellie’s been noticing strange things. The small teen didn’t know what to do. It felt like everything had been crumbling around and she had nobody to tell. Riley was nowhere to be found so she couldn’t even confide in her friend. She didn’t have anyone else to turn to, and most people around here would call her crazy.

Maybe she was, seeing as she got herself to Beacon Academy. Ellie wasn’t a bad fighter, but she certainly didn’t have the skills to be here. The elevator rose up the floors. As the door opened, Ellie looked around the spacious room. The room was filled with moving gears, and she tries to remember if she saw a clock out front. Either way, it wasn’t a bad room. 

“Uh...Are you...Headmaster Ozpin?” Ellie finally spoke up as she took a step forward.
