“Y’all picked the wrong gig to bust up...”
Choon-Hee, still standing on the stage when the bandits burst in through the door, tapped her quarterstaffs on the floor.
“Y’all shoulda known better, cause--”
“Interrupting my songs really pisses me off.”
Strolling through town, the normally energetic Choon-Hee was silent, head casting back and forth as if she were looking for something.
“I wonder where they are? 보, I need to find where they’re meeting...”
//
Does anyone know how to do that thing where you put pop up text on an in-post link? For instance, to put a translation of something. Like if I were to have Choon-Hee say something in Korean, and you moused over the linked word, the translation would show.
neonkunoichi:
“Suppose ya got a point there, Prof.”
Raising a spray paint-covered hand, Choon-Hee scratched at the top of her hat. The street artist really did think that Tsuyi could do better than her, although a bigger part of it was that she was more than a little afraid of what would happen if things didn’t work out. The team might fall apart.
“But still, th’ last thing either of us ‘re worryin’ about is romance. ya know?”
“As it should be,” Ozpin smirks, “…However, you should be focusing more on being with your team–even if you are shy about your feelings towards your leader. She needs to be aware that she can still trust you, Miss Choon-Hee.”
A soft smile–she reminded him almost too much of Jormun.
“I ain’t one to split off from the team for no reason, Prof, ya know. Besides, Mistral Hunter teams aren’t as strict as Vale teams! We could separate for months, and regroup with each other at the drop of a hat, not missin’ a beat! ‘Sides! we need to make money somehow, and make sure we can do more than just Hunt!”
Don’t mind Choon-Hee, she’s just dancing in the middle of the street to her own music.
And now she’s joined–by her own teammate, no less. Street dancing is far from the worst gig that Tsuyi’s ever had to pull off.
Choon-Hee didn’t so much as miss a beat to sync up her own dancing with her teammate’s. This was hardly their first rode, after all.
neonkunoichi :
“Haha, not really, kid. I’m more of a street artist, ya could say. Tagging, rap battles, underground shit, you name it!”
“ Oh wow! A street artist? I rarely see one of those these days. If you’re looking for places for a new gig, I think one of the underground parks for skateboarders are good! I can lead you to it.”
“Skate parks, huh? Those’re always good places to start.” Choon-Hee tapped her chin as she thought for a brief moment. It was always better to start small in a new town, then start to work your way up, after all.
“Sure, lead the way! I’m Choon-Hee, by the way!”
@neonkunoichi Liked.
Karma stopped in the middle of the street as she saw… Obviously a girl but her style, the since on how she carried herself and her hair. It was like someone socked her in the stomach as she stared at the woman. Was she staring too long? Now the girl was coming over to her, oh great, don’t act like an idiot.
“Uh… Sorry, I wasn’t staring I just… Ummm… Not staring.”
Choon-Hee was in the middle of going through her Scroll, mapping out places to perform, when she happened to look up and notice someone staring at her. The mask she wore lit up to display a Mistrali dragon style mouth, which turned up into a grin. Putting her Scroll away, the street artist strode over, the grin still on her mask. When she spoke, it moved to sync with her lips.
“No worries, yo. You from around here, by any chance? I just got into town, and I’m looking for places to perform. Oh, I’m Choon-Hee, by the way!”
// Wanted to make Choon-Hee a Faunus of an animal that glows in the dark, but the only ones are insects and fish that live in deep ass water, like anglerfish. Although viperfish and black dragonfish sound cool as shit.
// Do I dare make the controversial decision to make Choon-Hee silver-eyed, but covers it up with contacts because they don't match her aesthetic? Ye, or hell yeah?

neonkunoichi :
“Nah, nah, I’m just scoutin’ out where to hold my next gig! Why, you a fan?”
“ Next gig?” Miki tilted her head. “ Are you.. some kind of idol or someething?”
“Haha, not really, kid. I’m more of a street artist, ya could say. Tagging, rap battles, underground shit, you name it!”

@teneus continued from here;
Proud of herself for getting a laugh out of Beacon’s headmaster, Choon-Hee stuck her hands in her jacket pockets and leaned to the side. She’d always heard that getting much of a reaction out of Oz was something of an ordeal, so she could now say she had a leg up.
“C’mon Prof, we both know she’s too bizzay for that romance shizz. ‘sides, she’s can do better ’n me any day o’ the week, ya dig?”
“Is that her excuse?” Oz laughs, “She’s not as busy as you might think–just awkward around those that are more extroverted than she.”
Golden eyes flicked up and down the outfit of the neon fighter, before he let a ‘hmm’ cross his lips. It took all kinds at Beacon–especially those who move to Vale from Mistral. “…Sure she can–but it doesn’t matter how ‘good’ she can do–it matters what she wants, now doesn’t it?”

Tfw you realize your icons are blurry as hell, so you might have to redo them.
@neonkunoichi started following you
Miki stared at the woman for a moment, tilting her head to the side. “ Are you on a stealth mission too?”
“Nah, nah, I’m just scoutin’ out where to hold my next gig! Why, you a fan?”
