“Sorey... are you sure about this?” Not to say Mikleo doesn’t trust his judgement. But knowing Sorey as much as he does, well, Mikleo has a right to be hesitant.

Lev stares at the blank paged book before him. Sorey doesn’t need to know that he is planning to make up the tale as he goes. Written stories are boring, anyway! Lev is perfectly aware that his is much better.
The middle blocker clears his throat before he begins. “Well, once upon a time there was a valiant and cool knight named… Hev Laiba. Hev Laiba was so cool and also the best, so all the other knights were super jealous!” He turns a blank page. “Anyway, one day a really cute prince was all like, ‘Wow, Hev Laiba, you’re so cool and brave and handsome that I wanna marry you!’ So Hev was like ‘Cool, sure, that’s a great idea! I would want to marry me, too!’“ Lev looks Sorey in the eye, his expression going dark. “But one dark and stormy night, an evil knight named Yaketora Tamamoto kidnapped the cute prince! He turned into a giant tiger monster so he could keep the prince locked up… Like a dragon,” he pauses, for the sake of drama, “but worse!” He turns to the next page, and nods as if something is written there. “Hev Laiba was the most awesome knight, however! He stormed the castle the cute prince was locked in. By the time he was almost to the prince’s chamber, Tamamoto stopped him and tried to bite his leg off!” Lev will pause and think for a moment, chewing on his lower lip. He doesn’t really want to kill Yamamoto’s character off. That’s just mean. An idea, thankfully, comes to mind, and his eyes light up like stars. “But Hev’s leg was too strong, and the tiger’s teeth shattered! Humiliated, he ran off to the land of Karasu, where nice managers would pat his head sometimes. Hev and the cute prince wed right there in the castle, and eventually became king and slightly less cool other king!” He closes the book with a satisfied smile. “The end.”

It had been a game of ‘What do you want to do? I don’t know, what do you want to do?’, until Yamaguchi came up with a certain idea that he was sure would appease his friend’s interests – and satisfy his own curiosity. Though... he figured Sorey had been here several times already, and that was why he was surprised at the accepted invitation to the local museum of natural history.
Waiting outside, he folds his hands behind his back, looking at the outside of the building. Well, that sure does look like a museum, alright! He probably couldn’t honestly tell Sorey the last time he’d been inside one, so excitement of his own was beginning to bubble inside him now that he was actually here.
