pardon the terrible graphic. But hey !!! I can’t believe I hit this milestone already but it’s been such a fun time in this fandom. It’s honestly the best one that I’ve ever been in, I’ve never felt this welcomed and I always manage to have fun whenever I’m online. 

This is just going to be a short list of people that I interact with , both RP wise and to talk to, because ultimately they’re the ones who have made my time on here worthwhile !!!  It’s also in no particular order, and I’m sure that I forgot a few people. “I always sleep in too late and have to run to class, and apparently you do too, because we keep, literally, running in to each other, and we really need to stop meeting like this.”

“We started this study group because we actually need to study, but now our companions are starting to get suspicious, because we are setting up meetings like every day but somehow we are both getting less and less studying done.”

“You wouldn’t let me use the library copying machine in peace and somehow our quarreling broke it, so partners in crime?”

“I stress bake at 3am all through finals week, and you got a sweet tooth and are staying up all night anyway, so why won’t you help me eat it all?”

“Something in my dorm broke and the landlord is trying to fix it, but I have to move temporarily, and you’re the only one on this floor who doesn’t smoke or have scientific epiphanies in the middle of the night, so can I crash at your place for an unknown time?”

“Apparently all of our teachers are shipping us because they keep assigning us as partners, so do you wanna, I don’t know, hang out some time?”

        It’s been a look that he’s practiced for a long time– especially after Akiteru. He values his peace, and he doesn’t want to deal with anyone else. Especially while they’re having a clearly private conversation. 

         When Yamaguchi stands he watches for a moment before standing as well with a small sigh and grabbing his own. ❛ Yeah. ❜ They quickly deposit their trays before leaving the noise of the cafeteria behind them to enter the hallways again. His hands find their way to his pockets once more as they walk, shoulders slightly slumped. 

         He mumbles a soft goodbye as they near his room, parting ways to go inside. He couldn’t say how much sleep he actually got, but all too soon his alarm was going off and he (reluctantly) rolls from the bed to go shower, hoping it might ease the knot of anxiety in his stomach. it doesn’t, and by the time he ends up in the cafeteria he’s only picking at his food once more, no desire to actually eat any of it.

If he had known he wasn’t the only one with that much anxiety in his heart, he probably would have felt a lot better waking up that morning. He probably would have felt better about waking up in general if he weren’t already running late from hitting the snooze button one too many times, and he rushes to get showered and makes his way to the cafeteria, immediately finding Tsukishima and sitting down across from him. He definitely forgot to get food, but it’s fine. It’s not like he would have eaten anyway.

Instead, out of breath from his grand trip across the Shatterdome, he looks up at his partner and lets out a deep breath, trying to at least make it look like he wasn’t a goddamn mess at the moment.

“... Do... you have any stomach medicine...?”

         The offense shows on his face at the flick to his forehead, and he huffs and rubs at the spot in irritation. Yamaguchi could be extremely stubborn– which was annoying when Tsukishima wants nothing more than to curl up and be miserable in peace. But it’s clear this his best friend isn’t planning to leave anytime soon. 

          Swatting Yamaguchi’s hand away as his hair is ruffled he stands with a sigh, tugging his comforter from his bed to drag it with him. ❛ I’m going to the living room to put on a movie. ❜ He intends to curl up and wrap himself in his blanket– he was, admittedly, chilly despite the fever that he knows he has. ❛ You’re welcome to make some if you want some. ❜ He’s already halfway to the couch when he speaks, and he only pauses long enough to put in a movie before he’s curling up, blanket wrapped firmly around him and knees tucked to his chest as he forms a ball in one corner.

“Don’t give me that face! You really ARE a big baby!” Maybe he’d developed the gall to talk to his best friend in such a way through built up frustration at their given situation, but now he really was acting like some sort of parental figure. He figured he’d ignore that moment of self-reflection, and focus on taking care of his friend, just to prove his point.

Yamaguchi feels himself simmer down, however, at the notion of... a movie? And hot chocolate... the combo actually sounds really nice, and he feels a smile pull at the corners of his mouth. “Mm! I’ll make some for the both of us, then, and I’ll get you some water, too...” Nods and scampers to the Tsukishima’s kitchen. The fact that he’s been here more times than he’d like to admit aids him in locating everything he needs, and he soon emerges holding two mugs in his hands and squeezing a cup of water close to him with his arm, and some water’s already spilled on him, it’s clear to see.

But... He can’t help but laugh when he sees Tsukishima looking that miserable. It’s such an odd sight, he can’t help but find it just a little amusing! “Hey, Tsukki, you can spread out, you know! I’ll sit on the other chair!”

‘ i actually don’t…! ’ up until now, yachi had just used some pages in her old notebooks to write down whatever plans she had for the weeks ahead. ironically, she had been planning on getting a planner eventually, she had just… forgotten. but this was the perfect opportunity! plus, she had never had a matching planner (or matching… anything, really) with anyone so this was really exciting! but the suggestion definitely took her off guard, and for a moment, her expression was one of surprise. however, the happiness quickly curved her lips into a wide smile.

‘ i-it would be really cute! ’ the blonde agreed with a nod. ‘ oh, but you don’t have to pay though, i have enough money. ’

For a moment, he couldn’t help but wonder if he was far too forward with that suggestion. After all – it wasn’t as if he really knew the manager all that well, nor did they hang out a lot! This was their first outing together, after all, so in a moment of doubt, opens his mouth to take back his request, only to stop at the sight of her smile.

... That was a yes?! It was! He couldn’t help but allow for a wide smile appear on his own expression, clutching the planner in his hands tightly.

“In that case, we can just buy our own stuff, right...? And it can match and all that... even down to the tape! We can swap ideas too, and... you know! All those sorts of things!! If that’d be okay with you, I mean!”
