booted up persona 5 royale for the first time and it’s nice to play good ol dungeon crawler, but I feel like. Half of the dialogue prompt decisions are very terrible or worse don’t explain each dialogue’s actual tonal intention. Like I don’t expect the developers to read my mind in what I’m thinking in that situation, and technically the protag is already a character with an established personality and that I should be roleplaying as them and not myself. But I still think a small window that explains the tone of the dialogue tree would have helped? That’s just a small criticism that really isn’t criticism, I def. Should have paid closer reading attention. I think I may have pissed off Morgana by not helping them find their original body, but only because I picked the dialogue prompt of ‘What plan?’ And my brain thought “Oh! Morgana is going to tell me their plan!” NOPE. I felt like such a fool, like yes I know I should ‘read’, but like. Having a descriptor of what kind of tone the dialogue prompts are (are they mean/cruel? Are they scarastic? Serious? Etc).
basically tldr: dialogue options could be a little more clearer in their tone/intention + I have fear i have trigged a “Morgana will remember that” moment and locked myself to a bad end or downer ending :|
