Sacrifice
Today was the day that twenty-eight women of a small sea side town would be put up for sacrifice to their goddess, the Kraken. Julia was one of those women. These women were conditioned from the time they were little for this very day. Their bodies were for their goddess’s use. All twenty-eight women were lined up on a stone platform naked, where one lucky chosen one was going they didn’t need clothes.
The whole town was gathered behind the women and the towns leader stood by a large bell that he hit three times “Oh our great and beautiful goddess, Please come forth and take your pick of sacrifice!” He yelled out over the ocean.
