Maxines Challenge Blog
I can't believe it's the end of week three already! So busy yesterday I forgot to write my blog for the day (does anyone read these little ramblings anyway? LOL) I started off my crazy weekend with a cruisy jog/walk at Blue Gum Hills parkrun and ended the day with a solid back session at the gym. I had to amend my session on the go yesterday as the boys were using some of the equipment I planned to use and one went to remove an attachment from the cable machine I was using for a superset without even asking if I was finished yet! Seriously, it only takes a couple of seconds to check if someone is using something and it really annoyed me that I had to stop the set I was doing on the other side to tell him I wasn't finished yet. No wonder I normally train super early in the morning before the rude young guys have even rolled out of bed yet. Today was really busy running around getting shopping etc and taking daughter to and from work. I made time for a super quick 15km stationary bike ride followed by leg mobility/flexibility exercises before a late dinner. Everyone has the same twenty four hours in their day but you have to make a decision and be committed enough to get your training done no matter what xx
