Avidius. True masterpiece.

Like I really wish for him to be a playable character. Or AT LEAST to not end in this way.

From the very first quest with him, he gave me this awful vibe of Teppei from Genshin. When at the end of Septimont story, he was safe (though maybe not mentally), I felt calm and satisfied—"maybe I was wrong after all".

But then he appeared in another quest in Rinasita. And from the very first moments, my heart began to break. Why was I right in the end

I seem to have a problem whenever a character dies in a game.

I THOUGHT TEPPEI WAS ALIVE, WELL AFTER THE QUEST. I THOUGHT MY BEST FRIEND TEPPEI WAS LIVING HIS BEST LIFE AFTER THE WAR. I'm dead serious, it's only until my friend told me that he died that I realised 😭

AND DON'T GET ME STARTED WITH JJK *spoilers up ahead, scroll if you don't want to get spoiled* I THOUGHT NOBARA LIVED. it was only a few chapters later that I realised that she and nanami both weren't coming back 😭😭

My Genshin hot take for the middle of the night: Teppei's death was more impactful (to me, obviously) than Melus & Silver's.

For me, Teppei represented the "spring time of youth" and steadfast ideology, a cherry blossom in a sense. He was eager and vibrant, ready to fight on the front lines, and ascend in rank (a cherry blossom at full bloom) only to be snuffed out in the blink of an eye and wither because he started using a delusion. Teppei is more of a reminder that you can die or be killed in an instance no matter your cause or how much passion you put into something.

I understand people are attached to Melus and Silver, especially because they love Navia and their loyalty to Spina, but I do not value them in the same manner.

(Yes, I get it. Inazuma was rushed.)

Not in the literal sense. I mean in the way that you murder every single one of them. Even Childe. Ima run through that Golden House domain so many times. I'm so fucking angry.

I'm still in Inazuma btw, and I just got through the thingy where you find out Teppei is using a Delusion. Idk if he gets cured or not, cause I'm not there yet, but I feel sad. And angry. And I want to kill the Fatui.

Teppei is my fave, though. I love him. Fuck you Childe.

lemme tell yall when my sister told me about Teppei I was like “and you want me to play this game WHY?” and here I am, playing the game, and still weeping over this man months after I finished Inazuma’s archon quests. his constellation is audax agnis but I haven’t drawn it yet, it translate to bold lamb bc... *symbolism* 

basically referencing how he was essentially a lamb being led to slaughter by Scaramouche, and how brave our bestie was.
