For desire Terce desperately wants some peace and stability at the end of the story. A long life of shitty jobs and moving from place to place is catching up with him. By the end of the story I think he wants to atone for violence he does while policing, and to appreciate actually living in a community instead of resenting it.
For wound Terce is dealing with some big emotional wounds. Typically they make him angry and resort to violence. He feels a constant lack of control over his own life which leads to him hurting people he has power over as a (fucked up) coping mechanism. The worst emotional wound is probably the loss of a son and grandchild in a single incident.

Terce (Mid-Morning Prayer) for the Saturday after The Second Sunday After The Epiphany
℣. O God, make speed to save us.
℟. O Lord, make haste to help us.
Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Ghost: * as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.
Alleluia.
The Psalm
Psalm 119. XIV. Lucerna pedibus meis.
THY word is a lantern unto my feet, *
and a light unto my paths.
I have sworn, and am stedfastly purposed, *
to keep thy righteous judgments.
I am troubled above measure: *
quicken me, O LORD, according to thy word.
Let the free-will offerings of my mouth please thee, O LORD; *
and teach me thy judgments.
My soul is alway in my hand; *
yet do I not forget thy law.
The ungodly have laid a snare for me; *
but yet I swerved not from thy commandments. Thy testimonies have I claimed as mine heritage for ever; *
and why? they are the very joy of my heart.
I have applied my heart to fulfil thy statutes alway, *
even unto the end.
Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Ghost: *
as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.
