What do you think about sorakas lore rework?

Got off work late today so I didn’t even know they’d updated! Thanks for the heads-up.

I actually quite like this. I think it ties Soraka into the new lore quite neatly, and maintains her as a celestial healer driven to help those in need. Honestly, I think this is stronger than Soraka somehow losing her celestial nature due to the machinations of mortals - it feels more natural for someone as compassionate as Soraka to choose to leave the heavens to help the denizens of Ruineterra.

Does kind of ruin Aurelion Sol’s taunt towards Soraka, since she very clearly knows who and what she is, but I think this is pretty strong stuff.

What are the limits for weird biology? Would you do dinosaurs?

the problem with doing dinosaurs in a Weird Biology episode is 1) most of the weird animals I’ve covered so far have been weird at least partially because of their BEHAVIOR, which is obviously a missing puzzle piece with dinosaurs and other extinct animals, and 2) paleo tumblr scawy.

I might do an extinction special for my Patreon at some point, but Weird Biology is sticking with existing animals.
