Two transgender people who had worked at Netflix and criticized its latest Dave Chappelle special have withdrawn unfair labor practices complaints against the company.
Terra Field and B. Pagels-Minor say Netflix retaliated against them for speaking out about Dave Chappelle's transphobic and homophobic jokes in his latest special.
The company said the employee was terminated under suspicion of providing internal data metrics to the media.
