Happy Valentine's Day, Now Let's Go Burn Shit Down

This Valentine's Day was anything but happy for the poor, annoying fish pun woman. After learning that her favorite places were Unova and Hoenn, that fucking creep bombed the both of them.

So she needed help. Help that no member of Aqua could adequately give.

She needed the pyromaniac.

So she didn't wear the uniform this time around. Best to do this in street clothes. No need to associate her team or her boss with any of this.

"Ay, Courtney- You busy? 'Cause you're prob'ly the only one who can help."

(Steven doesn't say anything. He doesn't usually remember faces unless they have featured prominently in his life. Yet, he still offers them a greeting.)

A firm knock followed by Courtney's voice rang down the hallway. "Sir? May I come in?"

Ah…yes, come in.

-He quickly hides the bottle of wine he was drinking straight out of in one of his desk drawers.-

"Sir, I have something to ask." She pulled out a folded piece of paper from her ponch's pocket and unfolded it before handing it to her leader. "I'm asking for permission to go home for a bit, sir. My grandfather, he..." she cleared her throat and straightened herself a bit more. "..I have a funeral to attend."

-For a few moments, Maxie is silent, with a solemn expression on his face after he lets the words sink in. He doesn’t look up from his hands on his desk.-

…I’m very sorry to hear that. Death of a family member is…quite tough to handle…

I understand that if…you were close to him, you would need more time off to grieve…How many days are your requesting…? 

-He finally looks up at Courtney, seeming a bit tired, waiting for an answer.-

She laughed and lightly jabbed a finger in that hollow spot between the collarbones before flashing a smug smirk and walking away. ((Told ya I'd do it pfff))

Archie cocked an eyebrow. “Wait…what’re you saying? You don’t…want to sleep with me?”

He ran after her, jogging at her side to keep up with her. “But everyone wants to sleep with me! I’ve never been refused before…Courtney…but I…”

He stopped and groaned, placing his hands on his knees. Archie couldn’t understand why he was even thinking of her in this way…whatever that drink had been made of must be making him insane. But it didn’t matter now, for all he saw was Courtney."Come back, dammit."

Just to recap, Brodie has done the following things:

Dumped coffee on Courtney and blamed it on Tabitha, then stole her spare outfits and has since replaced it with a leotard. 

Broken into Aqua headquarters and replaced their uniforms with Magma ones. Then went to their houses and replaced shampoo with purple hair dye and flooded headquarters.

That is it, for now. He was really bored.
