teru and i had a long talk about it, and i decided that it’s best for me to go with you. of course, i will miss my dearest friend, but as a researcher i cannot hope to expand my knowledge by staying in the same place. and if my company would help you in any way, then all the more reason for me to go.

“teru and i witnessed something intriguing today. as we were stargazing before bed, a shooting star blazed across the sky, momentarily lighting up the night as if it were daytime. it was a breathtaking sight, but it also seemed strange that it was the largest shooting star i’ve ever seen. teru and i watched as it disappeared behind the trees, and i wondered briefly if the star did indeed touch the earth. perhaps i shall investigate its whereabouts tomorrow.” ♫

“there’s been a lot of rain recently. i don’t mind the occasional shower, but teru seems to love soaking up the rain whenever he can. in fact, his smile gets so wide that it seems to overwhelm other pokemon into intimidation. i’m just glad to see him happy.” ♫
