Usability Test Plan
Usability test is a must-have of any testing process. If you neglect checking usability, it will cost you customers and money. This stage is highly important as usability testing means dealing directly with actual users who are completing real tasks. Success of your product to a certain extent depends on the results of this test, thus the entire process must be well-planned. What is a test plan in usability testing and is it really crucial? The answer is definitely yes. You should carefully think of what the session is going to be, how many people will take part, what scenarios you will apply and what metrics you are going to capture. Basically, a test plan should include the following points: · Identify the scope of the testing · Set your purposes, define concerns and questions.
