The latter comes from the oldest vines in the area and is one of the most beautiful cuvées in the appellation. The estate comprises 20 hectares of vines, 90% of which are in red. Always talkative about his wines, Laurent cultivates the simplicity and affirms a love of his soil which returns him in the best ways by producing healthy, ripe grapes, true starting point for the obtaining of a great wine. At Domaine Combier, the vineyards extend over more than 25 hectares and are surrounded by apricot trees, the vines have been worked for over 40 years with traditional organic methods and harvesting is done by hand.
