Directions for baking: Mont d’or at room temp. 1 clove of garlic peeled and thinly sliced. 1/4 cup of White wine. . Pre-heat oven 375• . Wrap the container in foil leaving the top exposed. Set on a baking sheet. . Poke 8-10 slits in top of the cheese and slide fresh garlic in. Pour the wine over the top and bake until it is very hot 20-30min. . Serve with good bread.
