... Too much of a good thing? The Torchy's up here in Cedar Park is doing very well, too well even. Much like the on down on Mesa, the parking is horrible. Worse yet, the super great pho shop, Phonatic is right next door. Their spaces are well done, but the little shopping center they are in has almost no parking. So we've headed down near lakeline for dinner.
