Just upgraded my Saiga 7.62X39's dust cover. Texas Weapon Systems makes a one piece dust cover with a picatinny rail ($132.99).
I originally had a DPH Arms picatinny rail ($50) that simply went over the stock dust cover. This made disassembly and cleaning a pain in the ass, not to mention the obnoxious cheek weld needed to use the red dot.
