تكساس فرايز

المقادير: بطاطس مقلي 2 كوب لحم مفروم 1 و 2 كوب جبن شيدر 2 ملعقة بصل مفروم 1 كوب طماطم مفروم 2 ملعقة زيت 6 ملاعق صلصة البيتزا 1 ملعقة شاي ثوم مهروس 1 ملعقة شاي بهارات مشكلة 1 ملعقة شاي دارسين ناعم ملح ، فلفل أسود

الطريقة: يحمر البصل والثوم في الزيت ثم يضاف إليه اللحم ويقلب على النار حتى ينضج ثم يتبل بالملح والبهارات يضاف الطماطم وصلصة البيتزا إلى خليط اللحم ثم يقلب على النار حتى ينضج تماما توضع البطاطس المقليه في طبق التقديم ثم يسكب عليها خليط اللحم ثم جبن الشيدر وتوضع المايكرويف حتى تذوب الجبنة وتقدم.
