I AM SO READY FOR SPRING!!!!!!

I know I know... pretty lame first post but I’ve got to start somewhere right! it is after all, what's on my mind today. After a week of the coldest weather I have ever experienced (the snow was awesome, thank you universe) I am over it now and ready for Texas to be Texas again. What I thought would be a blast: snowball fights with the kids, snowman building and some amazing photography turned into....two kids with colds and a sick Moma by the time the snow was snowball material,  No hot water for 2 days and a busted pipe to the sink in my laundry room. But I did get some pretty good photos the first few days.

All the water buckets are frozen. A pipe under the house burst. Thank goodness we are not up North where its below zero and have feet of snow. It was almost 80° Saturday its very hard for the animals to make the adjustment to a 60 degree temperature drop.
