I got out from under my weighted blanket and went for a run. Still a run and walk, but I pushed harder in the first mile then decided to just hang in there until I hit a half an hour then I could go home. It was cold. It was sprinkling (though not fully raining thankfully.) I don’t know why I only remember that I was going to start c25k when I’m already half way through a run.
