If it just was that easy for me tho… I have seen a psychologist about this, also tried to get a proper diagnosis from a doctor, he completely denied me any form of diagnosis or help and just told me that I’m overweight so it can’t be anything other than diabetes Tho, this has been going for 7 fucking years, so like hell it is

If it was diabetes, I’d be dead by now But I’m going to get help to get in contact with another doctor tho, so maybe soon ;w; social anxiety ruins so much ;;

just anxiety bullshit so many things happening at once and i can't handle half of them i dont know what to do and it just keeps piling up, but i dont really want to go into more detailed explanations where everyone can read it because i dont want people to feel bad/guilty

I have. I though it would be a strong beat,louder than a human one.

That makes sense. I also imagine it slower than a human's, at least at rest. And easier to feel. Most humans have to be laying pretty still with a pounding heart to feel it with a palm just against the chest. I kinda imagine just resting a hand on an elf's chest would suffice. I also imagine the general life force getting stronger with age, so opposite of humans Thranduil and Elrond would both be incredibly resilient.
