Partially stiff... this is so embarrassing. I don't usually share my process when creating. I think the vulnerability I tap into through yoga is fertilizing an EmmaEffa like shit. With this design, I am going for a stiff brim. I kind of like the curvature here though but it took a minute. The partial impotence thing is a bit of a turn off. I know what to do in this situation: do not attach it to my ego and approach the situation with some empathy. I am sure the hat is not feeling too great if is supposed to have a hard brim. Not all hats do. As an artist practicing empowered love, I get to leave room for all possibilities for all things: even a hat. Cool. I'll sit with it for a couple hours and see how I'm feeling about next steps after some distance. I wonder how my sharing this journey with this piece will affect its outcome?
