B-WEIRD OC-TOBER: Late contributions to community week!

I swear the second I sat down to work on stuff my uni decided I needed to work more ANYWAY!!! its time for sillies

My OCs Ollie and Oak + my pookie toasty's OC Moss!! I think the three of them would get along well. Ollie is embarrased she got roped into this silly photo op. Oak planned the entire thing and begged the two of them to do it. Moss is just happy to be here :]

A thank you gift for @milkfroggo !! I tried to interpret Toska's wolf form based on the like 3 doodles I saw completely forgetting that I would. Have to colour these in ahsagfhs. She was very fun to draw I loved the patterns on her pants and skirt(?) then proceeded to kick myself in the face when I realised my vision did not have legs /silly

And........ a cursed meme I made for my friend Ner's OCs Chronos and Death. Had a little too much fun choosing sacrifices PNGs to merge together.

I had hopes for more but honestly I am knackered making my Halloween costume on top of all this :sob: please enjoy regardless!!

B-WEIRD OC-TOBER DAY 1: New OC! or rather the newest oc i have :33

this is salka manse! yes like salamence. the pokemon. she's partially a gijinka of salamence/roaring moon and partially inspired by one of my dragon stuffed animals with like the Exact same color palette.

kinda cocky racing dragon who only does it for the addrenaline/attention. not really got the speed to keep up with the other racers though she tries her best. she'd much prefer to be on a stage but she hasn't found a troupe to call her own and she needs to support herself and her older sibling (who i. have not designed yet sob) she's from the same universe aspen is in but her lore is a lot less fleshed out so far :,) however that does not stop her from infecting my brain like a worm. i love her dearly. god i do not understand dutch braids.

big fan of sketchy layouts like this so i dont have to think too hard. im here to have fun www

B-WEIRD OC-TOBER DAY 3: Favourite OC! (dont tell salka)(i am very late for my timezone wwww)

meet ollie anders! an oc i made for a highschool project who i treat like my daughter

recently she's been living with her aunt above the cafe they both work at. ollie does less social tasks like inventory managing and logging daily sales since she's new and gets overwhelmed very easily after talking. her aunt owns the cafe and it's been a town staple for a couple years now. the other workers in the cafe are all within ollie's age range (purely by coincidence) so her aunt encourages her to Talk To Them. buuut she's a little intimidated because she thinks they're all very cool and she's got self esteem issues lmao

ollie had been homeschooled for a good chunk of her life but now that she lives with her aunt she feels the need to go to in-person classes and graduate to go to local colleges. its kind of a weird guilty conscience she has and she doesnt want to be a burden so she wants to get a better job and support them both. frankly shes terrified but she has to commit to the bit now lmao

she has an imaginary friend (who will be making an appearance soon) that has started appearing in her dreams, and in an omori style fashion takes her though the fantasy world that is her brain and helps her cope with her various issues and anxieties. i wanted to go the route of persona style gameplay but that is Way out of my skillset right now so turning her full lore into a game will have to wait awhile

ive also been kinda scared to write her story for a long time because i dont want to demonise nor misrepresent ollie's mental health issues so she's been swimming in my brain on and off for the last like 3 years while i painfully debate what routes i want to go for her story wwww

B-WEIRD OC-TOBER DAY 14 & 15: Adventure Week!

everybody say hi to ollie's aunt she doesnt have a name yet but she is a hero to ollie :3

idc if i kinda cheated by giving her like two extra colours in her hair cut me a bit of slack,,,,,

she owns and works at the cafe underneath their flat and is generally well loved by the community. kind of like the street's go-to mom figure. her employees adore her and will fight to the death for her specialty crinkle cookies she makes once in a blue moon. she's the sister of ollie's mom. ollie's family used to live in this neighborhood before they moved a couple towns over when she was old enough to remember things but too young to understand the things going on around her. moving back brought a lot of conflicted feelings in her...

may or may not be vaguely inspired by my mom. therefore shes southeast asian i dont make the rules

this is what ollie's aunt looks like in the dreamscape,, instead of going to therapy she decides to beat the shit out of her insecurities with fleur in her dreams and aunty is one of the monsters she encounters. this one has a lot to do with ollie's fears of abandonment and feeling like she's not worth the time and effort her aunt has put into taking care of her.

she's themed around plants cz her aunt loves gardening like she'd own a flowershop if she didn't have her cafe. theres also that aspect of like. mother nature being nurturing but like with a malicious twist. also! she has nonfunctioning wings :) its a contrast to fleur how she has wings and is ollie's protector in the dreamscape whereas nightmare over here is actively trying to hurt her. i am........ not a massive fan of this final product but you can kind of get where i was going with this riiiight............. big tree ent with meaty kind of parts. i had a vision but i also have the memory of a squirrel.
