Had any of the mercs not gone into their respective fields, alternate career headcanons?

Soldier: Raccoon conservationist? Kindergarten Teacher? Life coach? The possibilities are endless for Mr. Doe.

Pyro: Artist. Perhaps working in multiple mediums. Maybe doing metal sculptures and crazy colorful paintings. Or murals on the sides of buildings. In one verse I have them as a Mechanic. Coffee shop Hipster? Demo or Sniper’s sidekick on their respective TV shows?

Scout: High School Baseball coach? He might have made it to the Major League at one point but hurt himself because he was too reckless?

Heavy: Teacher. He’d probably teach Lit or something.

Demoman: I could totally see him hosting a TV show where he travels the world looking for supernatural creatures and trying to prove they exist. That or that crazy Chemistry teacher you just gotta take man.

Engineer: Head of research and development at some big name Engineering Firm. I just can’t seem is doing much else. I dunno. Maybe teaching too if not that. I just dunno man.

Medic: Oh medic. I can see him running a bird sanctuary after losing his medical license in some bizarre manner.

Sniper: Is totally working with Demo helping him track down supernatural creatures. Or he’d have his own show were he’s basically TF2’s version of the Crocodile Hunter. Park ranger? Bounty hunter? *snorts* I dunno. This is hard. XD

Spy: I could see him running a string of fancy restaurants. Maybe a TV show later on where he yells at up and coming chefs about how garbage they are.

I got this one idea where they all work at a call center. Dear god that would be hilarious. Anyway, I dunno what’s with me and all the TV shows. I guess they just have the personalities for it y’know.
