This tf2swap thing got serious 🚬
I love him<3 more doodles and ugly sketches bellow
Day 1 : It’s a matter of perspective
It’s something I noticed while drawing Arsonist, and it made me fall in love with him.
[ Happy Halloween ]
(this my comic for halloween 2025, sorry i'm late)
thanks if you read this :)
What if... Demoman and Arsonist were twins?
Their mother would have named them both Tavish. They would have grown up together and become mercenaries.
And they would have had a cat named Cocktail, and later her kitten would be called Cocktail Jr.
Just some doodles and other TF2Swap's stuff
The “Pocket Surgeon” concept isn’t appreciated by the person concerned. Being dragged from one end of a map to the other isn’t enjoyable, especially since Surgeon prefers his own mobility. Focusing on healing just one person, no matter how strong they are, is a viable plan—but in the long run, it bores him. He tends to switch between Hunter, Arsonist, and Sergeant (never Gumshoe, except in emergencies). In my view, Surgeon has reservations about Sergeant and Pilot. Sergeant is just too unhinged and over-the-top, putting both of them in danger. And Pilot, aside from being BLU, isn’t the kind of support Surgeon feels comfortable healing or Hypercharging.
Warning, Hunter's Jumpscare:

Information about TF2Swap and My Headcanons
Recently, I’ve been doing some TF2Swap content on this blog, and I really need to make a reference pinned post because I keep making small mistakes that drive me crazy when I draw my Swap HCs.
First, about the universe
I consider the Swap mercenaries’ situation to be similar to the original one:
They still have to gain ground for the Mann brothers.
Everything takes place somewhere in New Mexico.
Later on, they were fired, split apart, and eventually reunited by the Assistant, who hired them to help her search for Australium.
Base Layouts of the Two Teams
RED Team
Located in an arid region, hidden among cliffs and rocky mountains. The REDs are five:
• Hunter
An Australian boosted by the Australium he ingested as a baby, giving him enhanced physical abilities. He lives alone but frequently calls his parents.
• Sergeant
A German wanted for multiple acts of war and desertion. Dangerous, charismatic, and fond of birds—especially doves. Would’ve made a great leader if he weren’t so extreme.
• Arsonist
A Black, one-eyed Scottish pyromaniac. He lost his parents young and ended up in an orphanage after an incident involving a sea monster. Targeted and kidnapped by Old Nick, he was forced to make toys for nothing but a peppermint. He eventually escaped using his old friend—fire. Wounded but free, he has sworn by flames ever since.
• Surgeon
A self-proclaimed young doctor from Boston. He never finished medical school—no patience for it. He learned medicine by treating his mother, patching up his brothers, and dealing with the collateral damage caused by his father. After his mother’s death, he pushed himself harder, determined to save whoever can still be saved.
• Gumshoe
Very little is known about them. They handles the team’s paperwork, and most information flows through them. They knows a lot—too much—which makes him dangerous and mysterious.
BLU Team
Located high in the mountains, far from the desert chaos. The BLUs are four:
• Saboteur
A nationally recognized French fencer and demolitions expert. He once lived with a woman from Boston. After her death, he drowned himself in alcohol, explosives, and battlefield duels to avoid facing his grief.
• Pilot
A Texan specializing in creating and constructing heavy-duty weapons—slow machines, but with massive firepower. His size contrasts strongly with his inventions, which is both a strength and a handicap. He also lost his right hand in an accident.
• Mechanic
A pure-blooded American rejected from every branch of the military due to mental instability. Now he wages his own guerrilla war against technological advancement in the name of his country. If others build new weapons, he builds even faster to counter them.
• Marksman
A Russian sniper from snowy mountain regions, also a hunter in his spare time. He suffers from an old leg injury caused by the execution of his father, followed by his family’s escape from the gulag they were imprisoned in. No longer able to hunt as before, he turned to long-distance tracking and shooting to compensate.
