Description: Otto is a young man that was born and raised in Vienna his entire life. He was always standoffish and shy so he was constantly throwing himself into his studies, in which history was his favorite. As he grew older her pursued degrees in Literature and History durin which he discovered a love for old school methods of torture and execution. He prefers to work quickly and efficiently, showing little to no emotion on the field.
