But it left Dity with a grief that never really settled, only changed shape over time.
Maxy stayed close to Dity during all of it, watching that loss rot into something obsessive and unhealed.
What Dity never knew was that Maxy took things further than anyone expected.
Maxy found Aqua. And in a moment of rage and loyalty twisted together, she killed them—tearing out Aqua’s heart with her own hands. Not planned in detail, just driven by everything she had absorbed from Dity’s pain and silence.
Afterward, she brought Aqua’s heart back and gave it to Dity as a "gift,".
Dity never found out the truth.They believed Aqua was simply gone.
