Sooo this scene takes place the day MC meets up with Phantasm for the first time in years... [yes, I'll change his displayed name later since MC doesn't know him yet in these scenes]
Everything is written already and works! I have one small (?) thing I want to add in, but I haven't worked with ren.py in years, so...oops I don't know how to do it. ah well, a worry for another day.
Clearly, the art is not done yet either!
I'm missing the doctor still! I might need to adjust some of the face sizes so they match Pierrot more... oops! Being consistent with a style is hard!!

Theres so much information I'd love to just drop on him, but getting it into a short video is hard :[!
Essentially, this is how I imagine day "0" would be like in my Au. Mc and Az have been close for a while... more details to be uncovered later [that require a lot more work both with the script + art wise]
Az wants to talk to his family again now that he has finally gained the ability to take corporeal form again, but it has been hundreds of years... How will he ever explain what happened to him? He carries a lot of guilt, but still yearns to be close to them once again.
This is a fully playable MOD as well!
But im mostly just doing this for fun! I don't plan to "release" it or anything unless people are really curious about my boy. Id have to change a lot of things... hahaha!
Either way! I hope this was interesting and fun! I want to do the interactions for Az with his family members... ! Its just going to be challenging.
I'm currently working on making cute sprites like this for the whole cast! Featuring their slightly different au outfits!
WIP!! hes not done yet! I havent added any shading or fixed up the lines but I'm stopping here for the night :D i might animate them all also for the blog! Yippee!

Beta testing has been going rather smoothly! I'm still waiting to hear back from a few testers, but ideally, I'll make the game public before the end of next week! I plan to make a few more edits based on the critiques, but so far, the reviews have been pretty solid from everyone! Just want those last few opinions before we ship it :D

I have decided to host it on Itch.io, but as unlisted, aka restricted. This is a fan project after all, so I don't want to step on any toes here. Of course, it is 100% free, obviously. I'm doing this for the love of the game!
You can play it in browser on itch, and I figured this was the best way, so everyone who wants to play it gets the ability to. I will also include downloads for Windows + Mac if people want to download it! Making things accessible is important to me.
