Four Districts lore:

Nobody here is human.

The Four Districts is the name of another dimension where the dominating species are Inhabitants.

Everyone looks the way they do because biology said so.

Different eyes, different skin colors, different heads, holes in body, it's all normal.

Isaac (right) is the only one whose skin tone is not normal; it was caused by a deadly disease (he's fine now). It should be noted however that prior to the disease, his skin was a more muted shade of purple.

I will also make it known that Wallace and Nel (the two in the third image) are wearing masks due to their ability.
