Wise words from T the First from last night about last night
"There's nothing wrong with you having anxiety or with you in general. What happened to you tonight is pretty understandable. You have been pretty stressed lately and you were pushed into another stressful situation in an environment that was also probably stressful. End result? Panic. What happened to me was that I kept on having panic attacks but then I started to fear having them in public, which made me more and more reclusive. I'm not some degree of agoraphobic and it's going to be a lot of work to break that. I suggested to you that next time you try facing up the panic attack and riding it out so you prove to yourself that you can survive them. I think you need to do more work than that though. I think this is all happening because of your root anxiety and the way you've built up your thought process. You, like me, are very hard on yourself. You make things seem worse than they are. CBT will help you deal with that. The most important thing to realize out of all of this is that you're OK. You're 100% fine. You're not dying. You're not bad for having this happen. It's something TONS of people deal with when facing situations such as the one you're going through. You can make it through this and become a happier grounded person."
Sometimes I don't know what I would do without you.
