Fashion and the Music Industry: Lady Gaga

Lady Gaga is a singer, songwriter, and actress. She was born on March 28, 1986, and given the name Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta. Her debut album, "The Fame," came out in 2008. Famous hits from the album included "Just Dance" and "Poker Face." Today, she is one of the most recognizable icons in the entertainment industry, known not just for her filmography and music, but also for her style.

Her outfits are bold and theatrical. She is often seen in elaborate costumes in statements that range from glamorous to eccentric. Her most famous is her meat dress, which she wore to the 2010 MTV Awards. It was made entirely of raw beef and was condemned by animal rights groups. However, it became one of the biggest fashion statements of all time.

She is considered an avant-garde dresser, pushing boundaries and challenging traditional notions of style and self-expression. She has become a champion of body positivity, diversity, and self-acceptance. She also advocates for LGBTQ+ rights and challenges gender norms.
